I'm weak!
So... T-mobile has unlimited plans now for $80/month... Unfortunately, that didn't stop me from going back to AT&T and getting an iPhone 3gs. Yeah. T-Mob's data has just been too flaky lately, and every AT&T phone I've been able to get my hands on to test has been consistently faster (even on just EDGE) and has been MUCH more reliable and consistent. I'm definitely happy with my move. The cool thing is that if I decide to go back to Tmo before 90 days is up, they'll waive the activation fee and reverse the charges for the early termination fee. But... I don't really see that happening unless someone can show me that EDGE performance and reliability improves 10 fold. Unfortunately, I don't foresee that. :(

Who knew?
I always thought that Windows machines were more for... semi-power users. People who like to right click. I *love* to right click. But, I'm finding that I am appreciating OSX more and more for it's power user abilities. For example, I just used (for like the 10th time in two days) terminal to kill processes. A little kill -HUP is a good thing. Granted, I could do the same thing on a Windows machine, but I'm just starting to relish the command line experience of OSX. It's nice to have a good, solid GUI on top of a true *nix system.
